Payment for accommodation can be made by:

To secure your booking we will need full payment prior to your arrival.
Number of people staying
The accommodation caters for 1 or 2 adults and is not suitable for children. We do not offer single rates.
Confirmation of your booking
When you make a booking, using our online booking system, confirmation details will be emailed to you. This will be the record of your booking. If the confirmation is not received by you within 1 day of booking, please contact us by email or phone.
The booking is not guaranteed until you receive full payment either through the online booking system or by another payment method.
Security
We will require credit card details from you on arrival by way of security. We only accept VISA or MasterCard. Your credit card will only be debited in the event that there are outstanding charges, damages, or loss caused to the property during your stay – plus the credit card surcharge of 3.50%. You are also liable for any time and effort involved in replacing or repairing any item that has been damaged, lost or stolen.
Arrival & Departure times
Arrival time is 2:00 PM and departure time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Changes to dates
Once your booking has been confirmed by us, we may accept amendments received from you within 48 hours of the initial booking, pending availability. Any changes requested after this time may result in additional charges unless the changes are made more than 3 months before the commencement of your booking. Any changes made less than 3 months before the commencement of your stay are subject to availability and may incur further charges if the there is a difference in room price. For cancellations, please refer to the “Cancellation” conditions below.
Changes cannot be made at the commencement of your stay or during your stay. If any portion of the booked period is cancelled after arrival, we are not able to refund any monies.
Travel insurance should be sought to protect you against any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
Cancellation
Cleaning & breakages
The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If the unit is left is an unreasonably unclean or untidy state on departure, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
All breakages, damages, lost or missing items must be paid for, plus time & effort involved, with the charge made against your security credit card to cover replacement or repair costs.
Goods kept at the property
We are not liable under any circumstances for loss, theft or damage to your property/ belongings, or personal injury. We advise you to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as injury and/ or loss/ damage to your personal belongings.
Building maintenance
From time to time there may be equipment or services closed for repair, maintenance or replacement, eg. the pool. Unfortunately we may not always be able to advise you as to when these are unavailable, as items break down or issues may appear without warning.
