When making a booking on our website, we will retain all information related to that booking including personal details and booking information. This is retained for the purpose of our own planning and for contacting you about the booking if required.

We will retain all information entered on our contact form to enable us to contact you and to answer any queries.

If you visit our website, we may set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not share your information with anyone outside of Room for Two, with the exception of our payment service provider, Stripe (https://stripe.com) Payment information you enter on our website, including any information required to identify you, may be shared with Stripe for the purposes of processing your payment. Any information held by Stripe is secure, private and is not shared with anyone else.

Information you enter on our website will be retained indefinitely unless you request us to remove any/all of your data in accordance with the paragraph on “What rights you have over your data”.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
